My sense of humor is diverse and sometimes obscure; if you can’t find the humor in those darker aspects of life what’s the point? Laughter is the priceless ingredient to a better day! I want a zombie for a pet, a wallet made from Chupacabra leather, believe in aliens – why does it seem they only target drunken rednecks? - and often ponder as to whether or not Sasquatch does eat beef jerky as portrayed in the Jack Links commercials.

Mexican Cherokee (adopted and born in America), I am proud of my cultural and ethnic heritage. I am passionate about social, cultural, and ethical equality for Latinx y Nativo Americanos. As well, I am passionate about gender equality and LGBTQ rights. I have both personal and vocational short and long-term goals in place to advocate these issues to the best of my ability.

Un nerd autoproclamado, a self-proclaimed nerd, I am passionate about the Arts, history, science and technology, sociology, and anthropology, and harbor a penchant for writing and creative processes. I enjoy all manner of literature, cinema, theater, art galleries and museums, and historic sites.

I have no ninos, but I am a dog-lover and have two who can be like children at times; a seven-year-old German Shepard and a two-year-old Pit/Lab mix. Both have Haribo Gummy Bear addictions - I have NOOOOOO notion as how to that came to be (whistles innocently and rolls my eyes).

I retain a diversity of hobbies and interests from horseback riding, paintball, volunteer work, giving back to the community, gaming, spending time with my dogs at the park, going out with friends, or taking a weekend trip to someplace new and interesting. I am passionate about cultura de cafe (coffee culture). I do not like disorder; I prefer cleanliness, but I do have my moments of disarray. I am a morning person. I drink socially and then it is just a few. I do not use drugs, but I do believe in the medicinal properties and benefits of Medical Marijuana, and I do have my Medical Card. Amo y extrano el desierto; I love and miss the desert. I work out and exercise daily.

Religion: Mmm...I do not know how to address this without perhaps offending some people. I do not deny anyone their particular religious beliefs, but I do not agree with or contemporary organized religion. As accorded by our contemporary definition of "cult," all religion is a cult. Sociological fact (I am happy to provide citations). I believe in the manneras viejas of mis antepasados azteca. Call it paganism, call it whatever the fuck you will. I just do not believe Christianity is entirely right; many gods existed before the genocidal acts of a movement based on the words of a long-haired Jerusalem-cruising hippie. Surely those religions predating Christianity are not entirely wrong. And I believe in aliens. To think we, humans, are the ONLY intelligent life in the vastness of the cosmos (there are millions of planets and universes out there) is a blatantly arrogant and selfish notion to harbor. That belief of mine pisses religious doctrine out the window.

Political Views: A system that feeds off the blood, sweat, and money of the poor - no thank you! American Cultural Imperialism - no thank you! Gender and social inequality and a lack of diversity - no thank you!
